33dd Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "33dd", "the Company", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the 33dd platform, operating under an international gaming licence.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any natural person who registers or uses a 33dd account.
• "Platform" — refers to the 33dd website, all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and any interface through which 33dd services are delivered.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by a Player to access 33dd services.
• "Balance" — refers to funds held in a Player's 33dd account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other currency as 33dd may support.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits, free spin values, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account as part of a 33dd promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum total wager that a Player must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — refers to any country or territory in which the use of 33dd services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer. The identity and age verification process applied to 33dd accounts as required by regulatory obligations.

To be eligible to open and maintain a 33dd account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing 33dd from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of 33dd, or a close family member of any such person;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as a nominee or agent for any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 33dd or had a 33dd account permanently closed for breach of these Terms;
• You are of sound mind and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement;
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that losses may occur.

33dd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by 33dd may result in account restriction or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account with 33dd. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, the same financial instruments, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 33dd may use automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including but not limited to: your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC or passport; a valid Pakistani mobile number; your date of birth; and a valid email address where required. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33dd account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 33dd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify 33dd immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 KYC Verification

33dd is obligated under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. As part of this process, 33dd may request a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. KYC may be initiated at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any time where 33dd deems it necessary for regulatory compliance or fraud prevention.

33dd accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment channels. All deposits must originate from a payment instrument owned and operated by the registered account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

33dd reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that is suspected to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. All deposit transactions are logged and may be reviewed for compliance purposes.

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time through the 33dd account cashier panel, subject to the following conditions:

5.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

• Your 33dd account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the release of any withdrawal;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your current withdrawable balance (Real Money Balance, net of any active Bonus Funds subject to Wagering Requirements);
• Any active bonus must have its Wagering Requirement either fully met or voluntarily forfeited before Real Money Funds are released;
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used for the same funds, where technically possible (anti-money laundering principle).

5.2 Processing Times

33dd endeavours to process withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts within the following timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed same-day; bank transfer withdrawals within one to three business days; USDT TRC20 withdrawals upon network broadcast within standard blockchain confirmation times. These timeframes are targets and may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional compliance checks are required.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

33dd may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, and per calendar month. Current applicable limits are displayed in the 33dd cashier section. 33dd reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion, with notice provided through the platform where reasonably practicable.

33dd offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions as displayed in the 33dd Promotions section.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered 33dd players who meet the specific criteria of each promotion;
• Players are entitled to claim each promotion only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly — they must be converted to Real Money Funds by completing the applicable Wagering Requirement;
• Wagering Requirements are calculated based on the total of the deposit amount plus the bonus amount, multiplied by the stated wagering multiplier, unless otherwise specified;
• Different game types contribute to Wagering Requirements at different rates: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets contribute at rates specified in the individual promotion terms;
• If a Player withdraws Real Money Funds before completing a Wagering Requirement, any active Bonus Funds and bonus-generated winnings will be forfeited automatically;
• 33dd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the 33dd bonus system — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using software or techniques to exploit bonus terms, or coordinated play between multiple accounts — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

All bets placed through the 33dd platform are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is deemed accepted when confirmed by the 33dd system and a bet ID is generated. Verbal or written communications outside the platform do not constitute bet acceptance;
• 33dd reserves the right to void, cancel, or amend bets in the event of technical errors, manifest pricing errors, or where a wager was placed in breach of these Terms;
• In sports betting, if an event is abandoned or postponed, 33dd's specific sport-by-sport settlement rules apply as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform;
• 33dd's settlement decisions are final once the relevant outcome has been officially confirmed. Challenges to settled bets must be submitted to 33dd support within seven (7) calendar days of settlement;
• Maximum win limits apply to individual bets across all 33dd game categories. Current applicable limits are displayed at bet placement;
• In the event of a dispute between the Player and 33dd regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the data recorded in the 33dd system shall be the definitive record, subject to independent audit confirmation where required by the licensing authority.

7.1 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

PSL, Pakistan international, and ICC tournament betting at 33dd is subject to specific cricket betting rules covering match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis method adjustments, player withdrawal markets, and in-play bet void conditions. These cricket-specific rules are published in the 33dd Cricket Betting Rules document accessible from the Sportsbook section of the platform. All PSL and cricket bettors are advised to review these rules before placing their first cricket wager at 33dd.

33dd is committed to offering only games from certified software providers whose Random Number Generation (RNG) systems have been independently tested and audited by internationally recognised testing bodies. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage published for each slot or table game on the 33dd platform reflects the mathematically verified long-term payout rate for that game under normal play conditions. RTP figures represent aggregate statistical outcomes over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33dd platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one 33dd account (duplicate accounts);
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using a 33dd account for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent payment methods, including stolen cards or unauthorised accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any 33dd game or betting market;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in poker, live casino games, or any competitive game format offered by 33dd;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches — any winnings generated through known exploitation of a technical error will be void;
• Accessing 33dd from a Prohibited Jurisdiction after having been informed or reasonably made aware of such restriction;
• Attempting to circumvent 33dd's security measures, KYC checks, or self-exclusion systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 33dd staff or other Players through any communication channel.

33dd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the Player or their payment provider;
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player;
• A court order or instruction from a competent regulatory authority;
• Reasonable grounds to believe the Player is a problem gambler who poses a safeguarding concern.

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to Player breach of these Terms, 33dd reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the Player voluntarily (i.e., self-exclusion or account closure request), Real Money Funds net of outstanding Wagering Requirements will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method within standard processing timeframes, subject to completed KYC.

33dd takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. As a condition of our international gaming licence, 33dd is required to provide Players with tools and information to manage their gambling behaviour and to identify and act upon signs of problem gambling.

11.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

All 33dd Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a set duration of continuous play on the 33dd platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay summarising session duration and net win/loss figures.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which your 33dd account will be suspended and no access, deposits, or play will be permitted.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Request permanent closure of your 33dd account with a minimum exclusion period of five years. 33dd will take all reasonable steps to prevent re-registration during this period.

11.2 Self-Exclusion Process

To initiate self-exclusion, contact 33dd support via live chat or email. Your request will be actioned within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, 33dd will not send promotional communications to the excluded account and will take technical measures to prevent platform access. Any Real Money Balance outstanding at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the Player upon request, subject to KYC completion.

33dd's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the 33dd Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the 33dd Privacy Policy. Key principles of 33dd's data handling include:

All content on the 33dd platform — including but not limited to the 33dd brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 33dd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 33dd platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, or publicly display any content from the 33dd platform without prior written authorisation from 33dd. Unauthorised use of 33dd's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33dd's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the 33dd platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

33dd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the 33dd platform due to technical maintenance, server downtime, or network issues beyond 33dd's reasonable control;
• Delays in deposit processing caused by the Player's payment provider (e.g., JazzCash network downtime);
• The outcome of any game or bet placed on the 33dd platform, where such outcome was generated by a certified RNG system;
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player failed to maintain appropriate security over their credentials;
• Force majeure events including acts of God, government action, pandemic, natural disaster, or telecommunications failure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 33dd holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising between a Player and 33dd shall be subject first to good-faith negotiation. Where negotiation does not resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by 33dd's licensing authority, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Players who wish to raise a formal complaint should submit the complaint in writing to 33dd's support team at the email address below. 33dd will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.

33dd reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the registered email address or through an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Continued use of the 33dd platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the 33dd platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
